Lord G's World

So much History, so little Time!

Transitions...

I have recently retired after a 37 year stint as a high school history teacher. Over the course of that experience, I've had the pleasure of working with thousands of students, and have had extensive training and experience teaching Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, and  College in the High School history courses. I also, of course, taught many standard level courses and worked with E.L. students and currriculum. While it is time for me to leave the classroom-- which was a very difficult decision-- I know that I still have a lot to contribute and share.

I am in the process of transitioning this website into a repository of curriculum, instructional materials and other resources that I have written and put together over the years, in hopes that it is valuable to both students and teachers. I am hoping to be able to continue to create learning materials as I begin this next phase of my life.

Everything here is free for people to use, as long as you respect that I own my work and acknowledge my authorship or editorial oversite. Where I have used other's work, as in the APEuro Course Reader, I will provide a citation and willl be very careful to use only public domain materials. Meanwhile, have a look...
